By accessing or using www.krizzkaliko.com and any related services, products, content, tools, and features (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services or make purchases. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your activities on the Services and any purchases made.

2) Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof—is owned by or licensed to Krizz Kaliko LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our express written permission.

5) SMS & Email Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive marketing SMS and email communications about product drops, special access, launches, promotions, and offers.

  • SMS opt-out: reply STOP to unsubscribe. For help, reply HELP.
  • Email opt-out: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Frequency & charges: message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6) Product Information, Availability & Pricing

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability are error-free. Products, services, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion, including after submission if an error is discovered or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after charging you, we will issue a refund for the amount charged for the canceled item(s).

7) Orders & Payment Terms

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order total, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees. All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel any order if payment is not authorized, if we cannot verify information, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.

8) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments after transfer of risk.

9) Returns & Refunds

To inquire about returns or refunds, please contact legal@krizzkaliko.com. If a written return policy is posted on the site or at checkout, that policy governs and is incorporated into these Terms.

10) Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRIZZ KALIKO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krizz Kaliko LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, for the resolution of any dispute not subject to arbitration (if applicable).

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16) Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein (including any posted return policy and our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
